MDG COTTAGES FOR LOWE'S STORE

(Lowes is the exclusive provider of these designs.)

We are very excited to be moving forward with several other architects and Lowe's to bring our Katrina Cottages to market as material packages. Lowes has prepared the material package for our Katrina Cottage called “PLAN 3: KC697”.  This package is available in Lowes stores nationwide.

Lowes is also publishing a book of Katrina Cottage construction document plans including several of ours. These plans are available for purchase for conventional construction. Material kits for these cottages may be available at a later date.

These plans are from our Traditional Home Plan Catalog, and are smaller cottages (under 1,200 sqft).
