What is a Study Set?
We offer two different options for our
study sets. The first option is a
1/4" = 1' scale formatted to 24" x 36" paper of the dimensioned floor
plans and elevations and sent via e-mail as a PDF. The second option is
a miniaturized set of the full construction documents stamped NOT FOR
CONSTRUCTION formatted to 11"x17" paper and e-mailed as a PDF. We have
started offering this because several of our client's builders were
having trouble giving accurate pricing without seeing details,
foundation, etc. Either option costs $250 and is deducted from the cost
of the final construction set, should you choose to purchase it.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, but only Visa, Mastercard
and American Express.
If you do not have
any of
these you may still pay for your plans with a personal check or
money order.
How do you get to the Moser Design Group, Inc. office in
Habersham?
LOCATION
Can I see the house built somewhere before I purchase it?
Many of the plans in our portfolio have been built. Most of
them are right here in the SC Lowcountry. Occasionally, some of
the developments that our plans are built in will have tours
which may include one or more of our designs, but for the most
part, our homes are built as private residences and can not be
viewed from the inside once the builder has completed
construction. The best place to view the largest variety of our
work (completed and under construction) is in Habersham, in
Beaufort, SC. Also, if it is possible for us once a home is
completed, we will go out to the site and photograph the
exterior. If you would like to know if we have photos of a
particular house or if you would like to know if and where a
particular home may be built please contact us at
mphillips@moserdesigngroup.com.
Can we take your plans to another designer or architect to make
modifications to Moser Design Group plans?
Yes, our full construction sets are accompanied by a letter
stating that copies of and changes to the plan may be made to
build one instance of the home or a variation of the home
originally purchased through Moser Design Group, Inc. |
