I-95 Southbound Take Exit 33 to US 17 North to US 21 South. Once in Beaufort, take a right on SC 170 West toward Hilton Head. After the first stop light, you will pass Cross Creek Shopping Center. At the sign for Robert Smalls Middle School, turn right on W K Alston Dr. At the end of Alston Drive, turn left onto Broad River Blvd. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Joe Frazier Road, then left onto Cherokee Farms Road. Habersham is on the left.  Moser Design Group Office is upstairs in the first building on the left next to the post office.

I-95 Northbound Take Exit 8 to US 278 East. Take the SC 170 East Exit toward Beaufort. Once you cross the Broad River bridge, take the first left after the light onto Broad River Boulevard. At the first traffic light, take a left on Joe Frazier Rd, then left onto Cherokee Farms Road. Habersham is on the left.  Moser Design Group Office is upstairs in the first building on the left next to the post office.
